What guarantees the survival and resilience of governments in these circumstances; the first is to understand modern governance and strive for cyberbullying. Because in this space, traditional governance no longer makes sense, and cyberbullying means a strategy of resistance, flexibility, quick response, and a return to normal with minimal damage.
