Designing a pattern to evaluate morality in press organization

Abstract

Although morals in press organizations is considered essential but it faces with variant challenges, it is so complicated to achieve a pattern in which precise index would be available for evaluating morals. This essay is accomplished to prepare quantitative model for evaluating moral in press organization through critical view toward evaluation patterns of organization and using nominal logic, based on EFQM evaluation patterns that evaluate the morality of press organization on two dimensions of results and empowerment. Moral empowerment at press organization in religion, Islamic Revelation and people, media and headquarter, strategy, content, process and technology and media activist are presented as key elements and index for evaluating how each one can be effective in morality of media. The result has been considered in four grounds including; Audience, media activist, community and key results. The method here is, Webber’s comprehensive theory. On the other hand, the researchers try to evaluate morality in press organization in a better way via ideal pattern of evaluation. Besides that, library research along with focus group has been utilized in order to design and formulate elements and index.
