Effect of Genuine Leadership on the Quality of Work Life and Internal Religion of Employees through the Formation of a Moral Condition

Abstract

Leaders have been identified as the most important factors influencing individual, group, and organizational performance. The main objective of this study is to identify the effect of genuine leadership on the quality of work life and internal religious beliefs of employees through the formation of a moral atmosphere in the management of the education of a district. Descriptive research was a survey method. The statistical population consisted of all employees of the Department of Education of a Sarikh area who were selected by random sampling method using 103 items using Morgan table. Collection method this research, two documents (library) and field (questionnaire) and data gathering tools are standard questionnaires. In order to assess the original leadership of the standard questionnaire of Valambewa et al. (2008), for quality of work life of employees, the standard Walton questionnaire (1973), for internal religiosity of Alport and Ross standard questionnaire (1950) and for measuring the ethical climate of the organization Gagun et al. (2011) questionnaire was used. Data analysis was done using SPSS and LISREL software using structural equations. The results of the hypothesis test indicated that genuine leadership affects the quality of work life and internal religious beliefs of employees through the formation of a moral atmosphere in the education department of a one-sided district.
