Also, thematic analysis method has been used as a data analysis method. The findings of this research were arranged in the form of main dimensions, components and sub-components of social media management. The main dimensions including the nature, actors, exposure strategies, marketing methods and regulatory approaches of social media along with the components of active action in the field of explanation jihad were also extracted. Also, the five requirements for the establishment of this model were identified. Based on the findings of this research, social media should be organized based on understanding the special nature of these media and based on the involvement of all its main actors. In order to manage these media, on the one hand, the principles of media regulation must be rearranged and updated in order to obtain the possibility of leading, guiding and controlling the space, and on the other hand, the processes of producing and distributing healthy content through media streaming, social networking, and the constructive interaction of institutions, elites and the people should be strengthened.
